Description

The Bond-It Glue Superglue Activator is designed to enhance the performance of cyanoacrylate adhesives, especially on difficult or slightly acidic surfaces. It prevents adhesive penetration, improves the cure of fillets and dramatically speeds up bond strength development, allowing components to be used almost immediately.

Application

For difficult surfaces, apply the activator first and allow it to flash off before applying the superglue.
For fillets, apply the adhesive first, followed by the activator.

Usage / Application

First, decide the order. On a difficult surface, spray the activator first and let it flash off, then apply the superglue.

Next, for fillets and larger beads, apply the superglue first and then the activator to kick off a fast cure.

After that, bring the parts together. The activator reduces penetration, builds bond strength quickly and keeps the rapid curing performance of the glue.

Finally, store it cool and dry below 25°C and out of direct sunlight. A little light staining can appear after a few hours, which is normal. Pair it with our HVC16 or RGC superglue.
